Every box will be prepared with outmost care and love in order to make your journey easier and more beautiful.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the following working day and will be shipped within two working days. Orders received on weekends processing the next working day.
If  the preparation of the order might take a bit longer for some reason, we will inform you via mail.
Prices vary depending on the box and its size. We will inform you about the delivery costs immediately after ordering.

All orders outside of Switzerland may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current fees before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges. We have no control over delivery delays caused by punctual customs controls.
If you refuse delivery from 1001 wishes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all import fees and taxes, and the cost of returning and successfully delivering the package to 1001 wishes responsible. The costs incurred are entirely at your expense and will be deducted from your refund after successful return. 
It may be that a signature is required upon receipt of your delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will be informed by the deliverer about the further procedure.
Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been shipped and we will not reship your package if you were unable to pick up your package.
